Delete your account
You can delete your Dealdesk account here without installing the app. You can also use Settings → Account & sync → Delete account in the app.
Deletion permanently removes your sign-in account, cloud workspace (customers, notes, offers, follow-ups, fees, dealers and programs) and every customer share link. It ends all account sessions. This cannot be undone.

Request help with deletion
If you cannot sign in, email dealdesk7@gmail.com from the account’s email address with the subject “Dealdesk account deletion request.” We need to verify account ownership before deleting it. Never send your password or customer details by email.
The current device’s account copy is cleared after confirmed deletion. Other online copies are cleared when they can verify deletion. Offline devices and devices with expired sign-in credentials may retain local copies; remove those copies through browser site-data settings or by clearing/uninstalling the native app. Records previously copied or downloaded by someone else cannot be recalled.
Deleted data may remain in providers’ restricted operational logs or backup retention cycles. See privacy information for details. A support request is not confirmation that deletion has completed; we will confirm after processing it.
